- Ensuring access to basic education and scholarships for vulnerable children, youth, and women in order to increase their involvement in community development of the county.
- To promote health within needy communities through provision of primary health care and nutrition and HIV/AIDs services.
- To address Water, Sanitation and Advocacy (WASH) needs of marginalized groups in the rural settings by ensuring availability of water infrastructure, basic sanitation and hygiene promotion.
- To respond to humanitarian crises in food security, disease outbreak or other natural calamities in order to reduce human suffering by putting in place adequate emergency preparedness measures
- To address the basic needs of vulnerable groups within the church and the community in order to improve their socio-economic wellbeing through initiation and acquisition of economic empowerment projects for youths, women and other people with special needs such as the chronically sick, elderly and disabled.
- To build the capacity of the church through training in enhancing spiritual growth and other awareness on community aspects such as diseases and social protection issues towards the community in Turkana County especially during strategic Christian outreaches.
- As a church organization champion for justice and reconciliation among warring communities that either cohabit, or live outside Turkana County.
- Working with volunteers and professionals from the church and local universities, but with aim of gaining sustainability. In turn the young professionals, both male and female will gain work experience through apprenticeship.
